This safekeeping policy is designed to create a secure environment, prevent accidents, and ensure effective response procedures in case of emergencies. It will be regularly reviewed to ensure its effectiveness. Updates will be made as necessary to address emerging concerns or changing circumstances.
- Presentation of valid identification is required before any person enters the premises.
- Passcode locks secure all interior doors consistently.
- Outside gates are kept bolted at all times.
- Adult supervision is maintained for our children throughout the day.
- The premises are under continuous CCTV coverage.
- All the staff is police checked
- Disinfection targeting both bacteria and viruses is conducted on all resources, furniture, and equipment.
- Thermometer check for all students upon entrance
- Major allergens like nuts and seafood are strictly prohibited.
- Daily PM 2.5 Air Quality Index real-time reading to determine air policy arrangements at the times of activities. (see more details)

For as long as it takes for your child to feel comfortable, you are welcome to observe their progress from our Family Library, where you can stay closely connected while they are in the classroom. We know that parenting involves more than just being there for your child’s first day. That’s why Lovell Community offers a range of activities for parents to participate in while their child is in class. These activities include yoga, art classes, cooking classes, and access to our school library.
