Early Years Teacher - Nursery Geckos
My name is Miss Emily and I am delighted to be teaching Nursery at Lovell International School this academic year. Originally from the UK, I have spent the past seven years working in an international EYFS school here in Pattaya, supporting young children through some of the most exciting and important stages of their development.
For me, Early Years education should feel magical, purposeful and full of possibility. I love working in Forest School and creating an environment where children can wonder, question, build, create, investigate, talk, move, explore and discover who they are as learners. Inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, I believe deeply in following children’s interests and giving them rich, meaningful experiences through stories, nature, creativity, imaginative play and hands-on discovery.
My greatest joy is seeing children grow in confidence, independence and language, while developing strong relationships and a genuine love of learning. Above all, I want every child in my care to feel safe, known, celebrated and genuinely excited to walk through the classroom door each morning, because when children feel happy, confident and curious, extraordinary learning can happen.
